Habitat Technology Group traces its origins back to 2001 with the establishment of Habitat Computer System in Macau. Initially focused on customized IT solutions for local SMEs across South China, the company rapidly scaled to meet regional demand. Today, the Group operates active branches across Macau, Taiwan, Guangzhou, and Zhuhai, maintaining a strong trajectory of international growth.

1. Corporate Evolution & Global Footprint

To accelerate multi-sector expansion, dedicated subsidiaries—Habitat Technology Co., Ltd. and Habitat Multimedia Co., Ltd.—were established in 2009. In 2016, our semiconductor subsidiary, Macauchip Technology, was registered in Macau. Macauchip developed Macau’s first mass-production capacitive transducer ASIC—a breakthrough microelectronics research project officially funded by the Macao Science and Technology Development Fund (FDCT). Serving as an authorized global distributor for GEO-CHIP, Macauchip provides end-to-end IC design, precision PCB layout, cross-border chip export, and China market entry consulting.
